1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• In case of delays due to high order volume, we will notify you.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

* Within Kerala 2–4 working days
* South India 3–6 working days
* Rest of India 5–9 working days

Please note:
Unexpected courier delays (weather, festivals, strikes, etc.) may affect delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be offered as part of promotions or minimum order value.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
• Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Wrong contact number
• Unreachable phone
• Customer unavailability
• If the package returns to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

• Delhivery
• India Post
• DTDC
• Bluedart (where available)

Our partners ensure secure and timely delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items:
• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with:
• Unboxing video
• Clear photos of the package and product
• We will resolve the issue with a replacement or solution as per our policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected locations.
• Courier may charge additional handling fees if applicable.
• Fake/invalid COD orders will be cancelled.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
