1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
• A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Hygiene-related items if opened (e.g., inner caps, certain accessories)
• Discounted or clearance items

2. Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

• Order ID
• Product photo
• Reason for return

2. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer
(Return shipping cost is not covered unless the product is damaged or incorrect)

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds may be provided as:

• Store Credit (Fast)
• Bank Transfer / UPI (May take 3–5 working days)

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without approval
• Orders placed with incorrect address information

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product (color/style), replacements can be arranged if stock is available.

Exchange shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received:

• A damaged item
• A wrong product
• A missing item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos.
We will replace the product at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
